A R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT -RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT;
That the Mayor be, and he is hereby authorized, to execute a deed
conveying a certain tract out of the PINEHILL ADDITION to Lo Q.
WILSON and wife, JOSIE WILSON, in exchange for the sum of
$300. 00, which said property was acquired by the City of Beaumont
and the County of Jefferson, at a sheriff's sale for delinquent taxes;
and that the City Clerk be, and he is hereby authorized to attest the
same and to affix the seal of the City thereto.

But it is distinctly understood and agreed that this convey-
ance is made and accepted without covenants and warranty of any
kind, either expressed or implied.
