R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BEAUMONT:
That the preliminary plans and specifications for the con-
struction of a new street to be known as'Phelan Boulevard and
as part of the Capital Improvements Program, Project No. 11 -ST -01,
having been examined by the City Council, which believes the
same to be in the best interest of the City of Beaumont and
its citizenry are, in all respects, finally approved.
