HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 27 DDDKEWJr/im/7/2 12 4- 027.0,60 R E S O L U T I O N WHEREAS, the developers of Sheraton Woods Addition, Unit III, Lots 3-6, Block 6; Lots 7-15, Block 7; Lots 1-8, Block 11; Lots 1-5, Block 12; have completed the street, drainage, water line and -sanitary sewer improve- ments serving said addition; the improvements on Stacewood Drive, Cherrywood Drive and Norwood Drive consist of five inch (591) reinforced concrete pavement with six inch (6") integral concrete curb, twenty-seven feet (27') in width, back of curb to back of curb; Westgate Drive has the same improvements from Stacewood Drive East, but is forty-one feet (41') in width, back of curb to back of curb; and Westgate Drive has the same improvements from Stacewood Drive West, but is twenty-seven feet (27') in width, back of curb to back of curb, as approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission; and the developers of said addition are desirous of having these improvements accepted and maintained by the City; and, WHEREAS, the city engineer recommends that said improvements qualify for acceptance for permanent maintenance; and the City Council is of the opinion that said improve- ments should be accepted and maintained by the City 'of Beaumont; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: That the.street, drainage, water line and sanitary sewer improvements serving Sheraton Woods Addition,.Unit III, as above described be, and the same are, hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont and shall be continuously maintained by the said City. _04 PASSED by the City Council this the,� day -of 1972.
