R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City Attorneys Office was directed
to acquire certain lands in conjunction with the Capital
Improvements Program for public buildings, to -wit: the Police
Station and the Library Building, and for right-of-way for
street improvements; and,
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has acquired certain
lands by both voluntary transactions and by the exercise of
eminent domain and has reported the same to the City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the following voluntary sales of land for public
purposes is hereby confirmed:
PROJECT 11-B-01 - POLICE BUILDING
