R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont has been notified that, pursuant
to the Emergency Employment Act of 1971, two federal grants totaling
$270,100, are available for the employment by the City of unemployed
and underemployed persons; and,
WHEREAS, the City Manager has submitted to the City Council a
proposal for the allocation of said funds for the employment of various
employees;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:.
That the proposal of the City Manager for the allocation of personnel
positions, pursuant to federal grants received under the Emergency Employ-
ment Act of 1971, is approved as follows:
