A R E S 0 L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the developers of Tangledahl Section 2
Addition, Lots 2 thru 9, Block 22 and Lots 2 thru 17, Block 23,
have completed the street, drainage, water line, and sanitary
sewer improvements serving said addition; the improvements on
Tangledahl Lane, Michelle Cove, and Pinkstaff Lane consis.t.of
five inch (5") reinforced concrete pavement with six inch
(6") integral concrete curb, twenty-seven feet (27') in width,
back of curb to back of curb; and the developers of said
addition are desirous of having these improvements accepted
and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the city engineer recommends that said impro-
vements qualify for acceptance for permanent maintenance; and
the City Council is of the opinion that said improvements
should be accepted and maintained by the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the street, drainage, water line, and sanitary sewer
improvements, as above described in Tangledahl Section 2
Addition, be and the same are hereby accepted by The City of
Beaumont and shall be continuously maintained by the said
City.
