R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute,
on behalf of the City, an agreement retaining Underwood, Neuhaus &
Co. to serve as financial advisors for the City of Beaumont in
the handling of all financial matters involving the bond issue
approved by the voters of the City of Beaumont on May 4, 1971,
and that the City Clerk be, and he is hereby, authorized to attest
to same and to affix the seal of the City thereto.
