A RE SOLUTION
N
WHEREAS, the developers of Manion Oaks Section 1
Addition, Lots 1 thru 8, Block 1, Lots 1 thru 5. Block 2,
Lots 1 thru 2, Block 3, and Lot 1, Block 4, have completed
the street, drainage, water line, and sanitary sewer improve-
ments serving said addition; the improvements on Oakhurst
Lane, Avenue of the Oaks, and Belvedere Parkway consist of
five inch (5") reinforced concrete pavement with six inch
(6") integral concrete curb, twenty-seven feet (27') in
width, back of curb to back of curb; and the developers of
said addition are desirous of having these improvements
accepted and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends that said impro-
vements qualify for acceptance for permanent maintenance; and
the City Council is of the opinion that said improvements
should be accepted and maintained by the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the street, drainage, water line, and sanitary sewer
improvements, as above described in Manion Oaks Section 1
Addition, be and the same are hereby accepted by The City of
Beaumont and shall be continuously maintained by the said City.
PASSED by the City Council this the 15th day of
September, 1970.

mended by all for acceptance by The City of Beaumont for permanent
maintenance.
