A RESOLUT ION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
execute on behalf of The City of Beaumont a License Agreement
dated July 28, 1970, allowing Mobil Pipe Line Company to lay
a ten inch (10") outside diameter pipe line crossing along
Ohio Street, Sulphur Drive, Florida Avenue and Texas Avenue.,
in Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, according to the loca-
tions and manner as shown on plats attached to said agreement;
and the City Clerk is hereby authorized to attest to said
agreement and to affix the Seal of The City of Beaumont thereto.
