HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 59 YYA R E S 0 L U T I.0 N WHEREAS, the developers of Tangledahl Addition, Lots 1 thru 22; Block 20; Lots 1 thru 14, Block 21; Lots 1 and 10, Block 22; and Lots 1 and 18, Block 23, Tangle'dahl Addition have completed the street, storm drainage, water line, and sanitary sewer improvements serving said addition; the street improvements on Tangledahl Lane, Pinkstaff Lane, Belvedere Drive, and Riksan Cove consist of five inch (5")_reinforced concrete pavement with six inch (6") concrete curb, for a width of twenty-seven feet -(27') from back of curb to back of curb; and the developers of said street are desirous of having these improvements accepted and maintained by the City; and, WHEREAS, the c-ity engineer recommends that said im- provements qualify for acceptance for permanent maintenance; and the City Council is of the opinion that -said improvements should be accepted and maintained by The City of Beaumont; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED -BY THE CITY -COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: That the street, storm drainage, water line, and sanitary sewer improvements, as above described, in Tangledahl Addition be and the -same are hereby accepted by The City of Beaumont and shall be continuously maintained by said city.
