A. R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the developers of Dowlen West Unit IV, Lots
1 through 10, Block 6, Lots 1 through 27, Block 7, Lots 1
through 12, Block 8, and Lots'l through 13, Block 9, have
completed the street, storm sewer, sanitary sewer and water
line improvements serving said addition; the improvements on
Norwood Drive, Knollwood Drive,'Chatwood Drive and Daisy
Drive consist of five inch (5") reinforced concrete pavement
with six inch (61') integral concrete curb, twenty-seven
(27') feet in width back of curb to back of curb; and the
developers of said addition are desirous of having these
improvements accepted and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the city engineer recommends that said im-
provements•qualify for acceptance for permanent maintenance;
and the City Council is of the opinion that said improvements
should be accepted and maintained by The City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEA.UMONT:
That the street, storm sewer, sanitary sewer and water line
improvements, as above described, in Dowlen West Unit IV be
and the same are hereby accepted by The City of Beaumont and
shall be continuously maintained by the said city.
