A RES OLUTION
WHEREAS, on August 19, 1969, the City received bids
for the construction of a 21" sanitary sewer along Tyrrell
Park Road and an 801 sanitary sewer along Stonetown Road in
The City of Beaumont; and,
WHEREAS, Bella Company submitted a bid in the sum
of $47,236.00 for such sanitary sewer improvements; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Bella Company is the lowest and best bid
and should be accepted and contract entered into with Bella
Company for said sanitary sewer improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEA.UMONT:
That the bid of Bella Company be accepted and the City Manager
be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute on behalf of the
City of Beaumont the contract dated October 7, 1969, with
Bella Company for the construction of a 21" sanitary sewer
along Tyrrell Park Road and an 8" sanitary sewer along Stone -
town Road in The City of Beaumont, in accordance with speci-
fications submitted to bidders for the sum -of $47,236.00; and
the City Clerk is hereby authorized to attest to said con-
tract and to affix the Seal of The City of Beaumont thereto.
PASSED by the City Council this 7th day of October,
1969.
