A RES OLUTION
WHEREAS, the Director of the Health Department has
informed the City Council that weeds, grass and uncultivated
plants have been permitted to grow upon the hereinafter described
property in violation of Article III of Chapter 16 of the Code -
of Ordinances of Beaumont, Texas; and,
WHEREAS, the said Director has informed the City Council
that the owners of said property have failed to cut down and re-
move said weeds, grass and uncultivated plants within ten (10)
days after legal notice to such owners to do so;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the Director of the Health Department be and he is hereby
authorized to have cut down and removed the weeds, grass and un-
cultivated plants growing upon the following described property,
situated in Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, to wit:
Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 8, Oakwood Addition;
Lot 18, Block 9, Booker Heights Addition;
Lots 402 and 403, Block 56, Beaumont Addition;
Lot 11, Block 20, Cartwright Addition;
Lot 8, Block 2, Rosemont Addition;
Tract 13, Plat B9, J. W. Bullock Survey;
Lot 19, Block 3, Rosemont Addition;
Lot 2 and -West 180 Feet of Lot 1, Block 2, Fourth
Street Acres;
Lot 9, Block 10, Parkdale Addition;
East 50 Feet of Lot 16, Block 30 Gulf Terrace Addition;
Lot 21, Block 19, Gulf Terrace Addition;
Lot 24, Block 19, Gulf Terrace Addition;
Lot 22, Block 24, Gulf Terrace Addition;
West 50 Feet of Lot 5, Block 29, Gulf Terrace Addition;
and.,
