A R E S 0 L U T I 0 N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the certain agreement dated March 25, 1969, between
The State of Texas and The City of Beaumont for the installation,
construction, existence, use, operation and maintenance of
the street illumination system on Eastex Freeway from French
Road to 0.2 miles north of Lucas Drive in The City of
Beaumont be, and the same is, hereby approved; and the City
Manager is hereby authorized to execute said agreement on
behalf of The City of Beaumont and to transmit the same to
the State of Texas for appropriate action.
PASSED by the City Council this 25th day of March,
1969.
