A track to be constructed in Railroad Avenue, breaking out southeasterly from the westerly track above mentioned at a point near the southerly lime of College ;street and crossing Railroad Avenue southeasterly to Block 1, Van Ido Ener Addition. the middle track at the intersection of Collage Street and Railroad Avenue to be moved southerly a distance of ten (10) feet; more or less, as measured along the westerly kine of Railroad Av enue.
