FILE: 896 -OB STAFF REPORT SBLT Investments, Inc., on behalf of Mr. Thomas Abraham, is requesting to abandon a small section of the Carabin Street right-of-way. This 30 foot wide right-of-way was never developed, and runs directly behind the property located at 1315 South Street. The building at 1315 South Street crosses over into this unused right-of-way. The property is currently being sold, and the lender has required that the encroachment be resolved. The Planning staff recommends approval of this request. This item was sent to all interested parties. Exhibits are attached. LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR ORDINANCE PURPOSES Being a 0.001 of an acre tract of land as situated in the N.
