FILE: Replat — Lot 24 & Part of Lot 25, Unit "B" into, Lots 24A, 24B and 24C, Unit "B", Tyrrell Park Addition STAFF REPORT Thomas Rowe, on behalf of Mark Whiteley and Associates, has requested approval of a Replat of Lot 24 & Part of Lot 25, Unit "B" into; Lots 24A, 24B and 24C, Unit "B", Tyrrell Park Addition, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas. The location of the subject property is 5840 & 5850 Tyrrell Park Road and 5515 Seale Road. The purpose of the replat is to create three (3) residential lots, all of which exceed the minimum lot area depth and width requirements. Water and sewer are provided by the city. The property is located in flood zone "Shaded X" which is outside of the flood hazard. The Planning Staff recommends approval of the request. Exhibits are attached.
