FILE: Replat — Part of Lot 10, Block 4, Lucas Acres STAFF REPORT Thomas Rowe, representing Mark Whiteley and Associates, Inc., has requested a replat of Lot 10, Block 4 into Lots I OA and 1 OB, Block 4 of the Lucas Acres Addition. The purpose of the replat is to create two (2) residential lots, both of which exceed the minimum lot area depth and width requirements. Water and sewer are provided by the city. The property is located in flood zone " X" which is outside of the flood hazard. The Planning Staff recommends approval of the request. Exhibits are attached.
