INTER -OFFICE MEMORANDUM
CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS
Date: October 26, 1948
To:Hon. Otho Plummer and City Council
From: J. D. Southwell, Director., Traffic Planning Division
Subject: One-way on Woodrow Street between Highland 8c Grandberry Sts.
COMMENT:
We have had a request from the South Park School Board
to convert a portion of Woodrow Street, between Highland and
Grandberry, from a two-way street to one-way, travel in a
westerly direction. 1 --
We have investigated this request which also meets the
approval of the Traffic Committee.
Therefore, we recommend that Woodrow Street between
Highland and Grandberry be changed from a two-way street to
one-way and that this request be approved by City Council.
Tours very truly,
J. D. Southwell
