IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT ; That Article 70-3 (f) -of the Code of The City of Beau- . - - mont, be and the same is.hereby amended to read.as follows: Section 1. Article 70-3 (f). _Applicants for all buildings, strut- tures or.alterations-which'-require a building permit asset forth in- this. -.chapter shall. at the time of filing application, pay the fee as required in the following schedule; 1. Buildings cr.St.ructures. Operations Costing; Fee; 0 to $500.00.....-.... ..:........:.... 2.00 0501.00 to 01000.00.....-............63.00 Over $1001.00 will be X3.00 per Thousand. 2. Moving of Buildings or' Structures. (a) For a permit to move a building through or,. across any public street, alley or high way, a fee of two, and one half cents per square foot of the overall area of the build- ._.ing or structure shall be required, but in- -no n -no case shall the fee be less than $5.00.' 0 3. Miscellaneous Fees. (a) For a permit for the erecting of signs, billboards,. boilers, elevators, air condition- ing systems, end bake ovens, where same are not included. in new building- there shall be a fee at the same r ate as the fee set forth for Buildings or Structures_ in Article 70-3- (f) 1. Section. 2, Separability and Savings Clause::.If any Section, sub-- s.ectioh, .sentence, clause, phrase, or portiori of ,this ordinance is for•any -reason held invalid -or unconstitutional.-_by-any,court of competent jurisdiction, -such sections, -sub -sections sentence, L— clause, phrase or portion shall be deemed..-a separate, distinct and independent provision andsuch holdings shall not affect the- validity or constitutionality of the remaining portion thereof. Section 3.
