TICULAR THE BOUNDARIES OF THE ZONING DISTRICTS AS
INDICATED UPON THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF BEAU-»
MONT REFERRED TO IN SECTION 42,-9 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS, BY CHANGING THE
CLASSIFICATION OF A TRACT OF LAND IN LAKEVIEW TER-
RACE ADDITION, DESCRIBED HEREIN, PRESENTLY ZONED

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
Section 1.
That Chapter 42 of the Code of Ordinances of Beaumont,
Texas, and in particular the boundaries of the zoning districts as
indicated upon the Zoning Map of The City of Beaumont, referred to
in Section 42-9 thereof, is hereby amended by changing the zoning
classification of the following' -described property presently zoned
'ITC-14t, Neighborhood Commercial District, to 11R--111, Single -Family
Dwelling District, to wit:
Lots 7, 8, 9 and 10, Block 2, Lakeview Terrace Addi-
tion; land containing 0.261 acres, more or less,
located between Lot 10, Block 2 of Lakeview Terrace
Addition, Lakeview Terrace Addition Lake, Eleventh
Street, and Lot 1, Block 2 of Lakeview Terrace Addi-
tion; and the Lake containing 3.588 acres, more or
less, as it is recorded in Volume 7, Page 97 of the
Map Records of Jefferson County, Texas, and being
more fully described in Deed Records, Volume 746, Page
66 and Volume 1125, Page 319;
and the said Official Zoning Map of The City of Beaumont is hereby
amended to reflect such change.
Section 2.
That in all other respects the use of the property herein -
above described shall be subject to all of the applicable regula-
tions contained in Chapter 42 of the Code of Ordinances of Beaumont,
Texas, adopted August 19, 1958, effective October 19, 1958, as
amended.
