SCRIBED HEREIN; AUTHORIZING THE PROPER OFFICIALS
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT TO EXECUTE AND DELIVER A
SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED TO SCOTT D. CLARK, CONVEY-
ING A PORTION OF LOT 13, BLOCK 6 OF THE JARRETT
.ADDITION TO THE_ -CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON
COUNTY, TEXAS, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN;
AUTHORIZING THE PROPER .OFFICIALS OF THE CITY OF
BEAUMONT TO :EXECUTE AND DELIVER.A.SPECIAL WARRANTY
DEED TO LEFCO,.INC., CONVEYING'A PORTION OF LOT
12, BLOCK 11, OF THE JARRETT ADDITION TO THE CITY
OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS, MORE PARTI-
CULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN; AND AUTHORIZING THE
PROPER OFFICIALS OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT TO EXE-
CUTE AND DELIVER A SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED TO BRUDGE
KYLE, CONVEYING A PORTION OF LOT 13, BLOCK 11 OF
THE JARRETT ADDITION TO THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEF-
FERSON COUNTY, TEXAS, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED
HEREIN®
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUM-ONT, TEXAS:
That the Mayor be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute and
deliver for and on behalf of The City of Beaumont four (4) ' special
warranty deeds, conveying to the parties named the tracts of land
described below:
1.
To G. L. Walker a tract.of land described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 12, Block
6 of the Jarrett Addition, said point being.at the
intersection of the south line of North Street as
now established with the east line of 17th Street;
Thence north 88 degrees 57 minutes east along the
said south line of North Street or the north lines
of Lots 12 and 11 thirty --five =:(35) feet to corner
in the westerly right-of-way line of U. S. Highway
90 (now called Interstate Highway 10);
Thence south 03 degrees 02 minutes west along the
said westerly line of U. S. Highway 90 (row called
Interstate Highway 10) one hundred forty and four
tenths (140.4) feet to the southwest corner of said
Lot 11 or the southeast corner of said Lot 12; said
point being in the north line of a twenty (20) foot
wide alley;
Thence south 88 degrees 57 minutes west along the
said south line of Lot 12 or the north line of said

as now established with the east line of 17th Street;
Thence north 01 degree 03 minutes west along the.

17th Street one hundred.forty (140) feet, to the
northwest corner of said Lot 13, said point being
in the south line of a twenty (20) foot wide alley;
Thence north 88 degrees 57 minutes east along the
north line of said Lot 13 or the south line of said
alley twenty-four (24) feet to corner in the westerly
right-of-way line of U. S. Highway 90 (now called
Interstate Highway 10);
Thence -south 03 degrees 02 minutes west along the
said westerly line of U. S.. Highway 90 (now called
Interstate Highway 10) one.hundred forty and four
tenths (140.4) feet to corner in the north line of

Being the west fourteen (14) feet of said Lot 12;
Block 11, Jarrett Addition to, the City of Beaumont,
Jefferson County, Texas, and being bounded on the
east by the west right-of-way line of U. S. Highway
90 (now called Interstate Highway 10), on.the west
by the east line of 17th Street, on the north by
the:south,line of MpFaddin Avenue, and on the south
by the north line of a twenty (20) foot wide.alley.
The above described tract contains 1,960 square feet
of land.

To Brudge.Kyl.e,a_tract of land described as follows:
Being the west fourteen (1.4) feet of Lot 13, Block,
11, Jarrett Addition to the City'of Beaumont, Jef-
ferson County, Texas, and being bounded on the east
by the west right-of-way line of U. S. Highway 90
(now called Int"erstate Highway 10), on the west by
the -east line ,of 17th Street, on the north by the
south line of a twenty (20) foot wide alley, and on
the south by the north line -of Calder Avenue.
The above described tract contains 1,960 square -feet
land;
and the City Clerk is hereby authorized to. attest to said. instru-
ments and to affix the seal of The City of Beaumont thereto.

the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed, has
GRANTED, SOLD and CONVEYED, and by these presents does. GRANT, SELL
