CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS
Date: September 29, 1961
To: Mr. J. W. Jeffrey, City Manager
From: Anthony G. Brocato, Assistant City Attorney
Subject: Abandonment of sewer easement across. Greyhound property.
COMMENT:
In compliance with your request of earlier in the
week, attached is an ordinance abandoning the easement
across the Greyhound property on Magnolia Avenue. (This
was requested by Mr. George Ingram.)
I understand from Mr. Balmer that the storm sewer
and sanitary sewer which were located within the subject
property have been sealed or dismantled and they are no
longer...used.
I have retained the file in this matter in order
that Mr. Murphy may review it.
