Stadium Center, Ina* hereby request that all easements & reservations
in the alley of Block Tiro (2), Pear Orchard Addition and all easements
& reservations, including that portion of Threadneedle Avenue, between
blocks Two (2) and three (3), of said Pear Orchard Addition be abandoned.
We have checked with all utility departments and none of them have any
facilities in the said alley and street and have no objections for
vacating and abandoning same.
%is request is necessary for the reason said easements interfere
with the constructing of improvements and other facilities for a
shopping center.
An early consideration of this request will be appreciated.
Respectfully submitted,
