That Article 826 B -of the Revised Code of Ordinances of the. City' of Beaumont be and the same hs hereby amended to read. as follows: "ARTIC �L- 826 B, ht shall be unlawful for any person in charge of any vehicle or domestic ani,�al. used �'or hire, to allow said vehicle or animal to remain standing on Orleans, Street, 'betwe'e.n Liberty and Streets, on Crockett Street .from.
