The City of Beaumont having recently adopted a new Charter enlarging, the City limits and thereby greatly increasing its territory and its citizenship and its voting population, and there.being,no voting places designated at which the qualified voters of said added territory may cast their ballots, and the,three (3) voting precincts in Beaumont as heretofore constitu.tea appearing to be inadequate for tiie purpose and the fact that the City election of the City of Beaumont must be soon held creates, a public emergency for the suspension of the rule requiring Ordinances to be read on three (3) separate days, and said rule is hereby suspended and it is ordered that this Ordinance shall go into effect from and after its passage anti. publication.
