Be it ordained. by the City
Council of the C? ty of Bea'Llmo2lt,
Section 1. That from and after th-e passage and publica-
tion of this ordinance,it shall be unlawful for any
plumber or other person to open the pavement or streets
of this city for the purpose of leaking connections with
the water Mains or sewers of the Cit;r,until het.�.- shall
have paid to the City as a deposit to secure the proper
repair of said street or pavement, tile, shin of 'Twenty
Five Dollars; and the payment or deposit of said stun
shall be a prerequisite to his securing a - C002IMit tG
op en said street and pavement and to do. said work.
After said street br pavement is repaired. to the satis-
faction of the City Engineer, the armlet of sal d deposit
remaining unexpended for -sand repairs, shall be r_ o—

Sec. 2. l .erg: being no adequate deposit now required by
