ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABAN-
DONING A 16 -FOOT WIDE UTILITY EASEMENT
LOCATED IN MANION PLACE 8TH ADDITION IN
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY,_
TEXAS, AS DESCRIBED HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT that portion of a certain 16 -foot wide utility easement de-
scribed as follows:
BEING a 16 -foot wide utility easement
along and 8 feet on either wide of a
centerline described as follows:
BEGIN at the Northwest corner of Lot 4,
Block 9 of the Manion Place '8th Addition
of The City of Beaumont, Jefferson County,
Texas, as per map or plat thereof filed
of record in the Map or Plat Records of
said county and state for PLACE OF BE-
GINNING;
THENCE South 80.21' 34" East a distance
of 53 feet to the end of the centerline
herein described;
be and the same is hereby vacated and abandoned, and that title
to such property shall revert to and become the property of the
persons entitled thereto, as provided by law, and that The City
of Beaumont hereby relinquishes any and all rights, title and in-
terest it had or may have in and to such easement.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of The City of Beaumont this
