E. Broussard and The Beaumont, Sour Lake and Western Railroad Company, to pass an ordinance, granting to said Beaumont, Dour Lake and Western Railroad Company, the right to build, maintain, and operate a Railroad track along Pecos Street, from the West boundry line of the city, Eastward to the Kill plants of the n6aur-ont Rice ldills, as shown by- the -Proposed ordinance and snap hereto attached and marked exhibit "A" and "B" respectively, and made apart hereof, beg to report that it has dul:Z considered said application and proposed franchise ordinance and reeonmend that the right be granted, and the proposed ordinance adopted by this Council; provided, that the said Railroad track is built, put down and maintained according to the -grade furnished by the city Engineer and r according to the terms of -the ordinance heretofore granted said Railroad Company to build, maintain and operate Railroad tracks .in the city.of Beaumont? --- _ =_ __-- --T------ ---_--_ ----_ - ---=_ -, ....-Rpspvctfully Submitted, On this the :.6:, day of. .,'OCT-.,, A.D. 1908-0 � C IRtJIANi.
