ORDINANCE NO.... ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A GENERAL WARRANTY DEED TO THE BEAUMONT INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT CONVEYING THE PRO- PERTY DESCRIBED IN ATTACHED "EXHIBIT A". BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: Section 'l. That the Mayor of the City of Beaumont be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a general warranty deed for and in behalf of the City of Beaumont conveying the 15.174 acre tract of land described in "Exhibit A" hereto to the Beaumont Independent School District in exchange for the "Pipkin School Site" described in "Exhibit B" hereto, the "Pennsylvania School Site" described in "Exhibit C" hereto, and the "Bethune School Site" described in "Exhibit D" hereto. The Bethune School Site will be conveyed to the City with a reservation that the school district may use the premises for a period of fifteen (15) years from the date of conveyance;'and, BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the City Clerk be, and he is hereby, authorized to attest to same and to affix the Seal of the City thereto.
