Gentlemen: We, The Board of Education of the Independent School District, a district within the municipality of Beaumont, hereby respectfully petition your honor- able body to call an election to be held by the qual- ified voters of the-aforesaid.district so that they may vote upon whether or not the said district may issue -bonds against- said.district in the sum -of One, Hundred and Fifty Thousand.
