Enclosure (A) Minutes of Business Meeting dated March 25, 1956 In a city ordinance of January 20, 1953 the subject alley was closed. The Gulf Street Church of Christ now owns the property adjacent to Gulf Street on either side of this alley. To our knowledge there is no utility services routed through it. An expansion program of the Church involving new buildings could usd the subject property to great advantage. It is therefore humbly requested that this property be quit claimed and abandoned. COMMENT: Reference your letter of March 8th pertaining to Block 34.2, McFaddin Heights Addition. I have checked our map and find that we have no water service in the alley mentioned in your letter. Therefore, it is satisfactory with the Water Distribution Department for the alley to be closed. H. M.
