Defining that shall constitute a trespass upon the
property of another, imposing a penalty upon any one
guilty of same, and declaring an emergency.

Section 1
Any; per on -who shall go into, on or
enter upon , oz walk, ride or drive aer,oss, or 3n any
manner trespass upon the premises of another without the
consent of the owner , proprietor , or agent in charge
thereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and ppon
conviction therefor shall be fined in any sum not less
than One, nor more than One Hundxed Dollars.
Section 2
In prosecutions under this Ordinance, a
person whether an individual or a corporation in the
control of property, shall be ,d'aamed the owner thexeof,
whether the title is -heed in fee simile, by lease, condemnation
or right-of-wa.y deed.
Section 3
The 'above Ordinance shall not apply to
persons traveling along or upon a public highway or street
dedicated to public use-?(
Section 4
All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby yepea.led.
