Entitled an Ordinance prohibiting any person, firm or -
corporation owning any stallion, jackass or bull .to.,permit or:allow
same to serve any mare,,jennett or cow within public view of the
inhabitants of the city; providing.a penalty and.declaring an -emer-
gency,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THC CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF BEAMTONT:
--•SECTION I: --
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation
owning,any stallion, jackass or bull to permit or allow same to
serve any ware, jennett or cow within public view of the inhabitants
of the - City-.

Any

Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions
of this Ordinance shall 'apon conviction in the Corporation Court,
be fined in any sum not less than Five ($5.00) nor more than Two
Hundred 0200.00) Dollars; provided that -each day after conviction
under this ordinance shall be deemed a seperate offense.

Whereas the city has no ordinance prohibiting an act as
det out above from being done within public view of the inhabitants
of the City and which act is in its nature offensive to the public
sense of decency, detrimental to public morals and a source of
annoyance and discomfort to others, creates an emergency and an
imperative public necessity that the rule requiring tb.� ordinances

to be read at three separate meetings should be suspended and this
ordinance go into gorce and effect from and after its Passage and
lawful publication.

serve any mare, jennett or cow within public view of the inhabitants
of the City'.

Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions
of this Ordinance shall upon conviction in the Corporation Court,
1 be fined in any sum not less than Five ($5.00) nor more than Two
Hundred (6200.00) Dollars; provided that each day after conviction
under this ordinance shall be deemed a seperate offense.
