ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING
A FIVE (51) FOOT WIDE SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT
LOCATED UPON AND ACROSS THE SOUTH FIVE (5)
FEET OF LOT 125, COLLEGE ACRES ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS, AS
DESCRIBED HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That that certain five (5`) foot wide sanitary sewer easement
described as follows:
BEING a 100 ft. x 5 ft. portion of an easement
conveyed to the City of Beaumont, Texas, by
Kathleen S. Yellott in 1950, which extends a
distance of 300 ft. and being the south 5 ft.
of Lots 125, 126 and 127, College Acres
Addition to the City of Beaumont, Jefferson
.County, Texas, said addition being recorded
in the Jefferson County Map Records in Volume
5, page 71; said portion of the 1950 sanitary
sewer easement to be abandoned extending a
distance of 100 ft. and -being the south 5 ft.
of Lot 125, said College Acres Addition,
be and the same is hereby vacated and abandoned, and that title
to such property shall revert to and become the property of
the persons entitled thereto, as provided by law; and the City
of Beaumont hereby relinquishes any and all right, title and
interest it had or may have in and to such easement.
PASSED by the City Council this /e)xZ'� day of November,
1970.
