ORDINANCE N0. 73-27
ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT TO SET ALL
FEES NECESSARY FOR THE OPERATION OF THE PARKS
AND RECREATION PROGRAM OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT;
PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
Section 1.
That the City Manager of the City of ;=eaumont be, and
he is hereby, authorized to set all fees necessary for the
operation of the programs of the Parks and Recreation Depart-
ment of the City of Beaumont.
Section 2.
That if any section, subsection, sentence, clause or
phrase of this ordinance or the application of same to a par-
ticular person, or to a particular set of circumstances,
should for any reason be held to be invalid, such invalidity
shall in no way affect the remain'i'ng portions of this ordi-
nance, and to such end, the various portions and provisions
of this ordinance are declared to be severable.
Section 3.
That all ordinances and parts of'ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed.
