ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING SEVEN
(7) FIVE-FOOT WIDE STREET LIGHT EASEMENTS IN THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS, DESCRIBED
HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That the following 5 -foot wide street light easements, being in.and
along and two and one half (2-1/2) feet on each side of the common
lot lines of the following lots, in The City of Beaumont, Jefferson
County, Texas, to wit:
1. Lots Nos. 8 and 9, Block No. 1, Acorn Grove
Addition;
2. Lots Nos. 4 and 5, Block No. 10, Tanglewood
Addition;
3. bots Nos. 3 and 4, Block No. 15, Tangledahl
(Tanglewood) Addition;
4. Lots Nos. 8 and 9, Block No. 15, Tangledahl

be, and the same are hereby, vacated and abandoned, and that title
to such property shall revert to and become the property of the per-
sons entitled thereto, as provided by law; and The City of Beaumont
hereby relinquishes any and all right, title and interest it had or
might have had in and to such street light easements.
