ACRE OF LAND IN THE J. W. BULLOCK SURVEY, ABSTRACT
NO. 7, IN JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS, AS DESCRIBED
HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS
That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized to execute.and deliver
for and on behalf of The City of Beaumont a warranty deed conveying
to the State of Texas the following described tract of land, to wit-_
Being 0.368 of one acre of land, more or less, out
of and a part of that certain 0.417 acre tract of
land lying and being in the J.W. Bullock League,
Abstract No. 7, Jefferson County, Texas, said 0.417
acre tract of land being the same land as described
in a deed from F. I.. Lombardo, et ux, to Thremarco
Corporation dated -May 29, 1956, recorded in Volume
1025, Page 588, Deed Records of Jefferson County,
Texas, and also being a part of that original 4.61
acre tract conveyed by Sam Fertitta, et ux, to Char-
lotte E. Dutton by deed dated May 2, 1921, and re-
corded in Volume 208, Page 53, of the deed records of
Jefferson County, Texas; said 0.368 acre parcel of
land being more particularly described by metes and
bounds as follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the proposed
westerly right. -of --way line of Spur 380 with the north-
erly boundary line of said 0.417 acre tract, said point
being 70.0 feet North 520 44t East and 50.0 feet South
37° 161 'East from the most northwesterly corner of a
tract of land conveyed to James R. Davis as described
in a deed dated July 21, 1944, recorded in Volume 556,
Page 330, Deed Records of Jefferson County, Texas;
Thence North 520 44t East a distance of 110.0 feet along
the northerly line of the Thremarco Corporation tract
of land to its northeast corner, said point being in the
existing westerly right -.of --way line of Spur 380;
Thence South 37° 161 East a distance of 174.65 feet along
the existing westerly right -of --way line of Spur 380 to a

of -way line of East Lavaca Street;
Thence North 870 561 301r West a distance of 213.47 feet
along the northerly right -of -,way line of East Lavaca
Street to a point for corner
Thence North 33° 221 30" East a distance of 58.44 feet
along said proposed westerly right--of--way line of Spur
380 to a point for corner;
Thence North 37' 16, West a •distance of 20.0 feet
along said proposed westerly right -of --way line of
Spur 380 to the point of beginning, containing an
area of 0.368 of one acre of land, more or less;
and the City Clerk is hereby authorized to attest to said instru-
ment and to affix the seal of The City of Beaumont thereto.

land lying and being in the J. W. Bullock League,

acre tract of land being the same land as described
in a deed from F. L. Wmbardoj et uxs to Thremarco
Corporation dated May 29, 195fix, recorded in Volume
1025} Page 5880 Deed Records of Jefferson County,
Texas, and also being a part of that original 4.61
acre tract conveyed bar. Sam Fertitta, et ux., to Char-
lotte B. Dutton by deed dated Kay 2, 1921, and re-

Jefferson County, Texas; said 0,368 acre parcel of

DEED TO THE STATE OF TEXAS, CONVEYING 0.511 ACRE OF
LAND IN THE J. W. BULLOCK LEAGUE, ABSTRACT NO. 7
IN JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS, AS DESCRIBED HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized to execute and deliver
for and on behalf of The City of Beaumont a warranty deed conveying
to the State of Texas the following described tract of land, to wit:
Being 0.511 of one acre of land, more or less, out
of and a part of a 0.670 acre tract in the J. W.
Bullock League, Abstract No. 7 in Jefferson County,
Texas; said 0.670 acre tract of land being a part
of an original 4.64 acre tract as described in a
deed from Bertha Tortoris to Humble Oil & Refining
Company, dated March 29, 1958, recorded in Volume
1108,.Page 28, Deed Records of Jefferson County,
Texas; said 0.511 of one acre of land, more or less,
being more particularly described by metes and bounds
as follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the pro-
posed easterly right--of--way line of Spur 380 with
the northerly line of the said Humble Oil & Refining
Companyfs 0.670,acre tract, said point being South
79° 554 3344 West, a distance of 33.01 feet from the
northeast corner of said tract;

feet along the proposed easterly right--of--way line
