BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS: That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized to execute and de- liver for and on behalf of The City of Beaumont a general warranty deed conveying to Lamar'State College of Technology of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, the following described tract of land, to wit-. Being 0.670 acre tract, more or less, in the J. W. BULLOCK -LEAGUE, Abstract No. 7, in Jefferson County,.
