BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS: That that portion of the street known as Twelfth Street, as here- inafter described, in The Ci.ty.of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, be and the same is hereby vacated and abandoned, said por- tion of Twelfth Street to be abandoned being described as follows, to wit: TRACT ONE: COMMENCING at the Northeast corner of the inter- section of 12th Street and Corley Avenue, said corner also being ,:tho-Southwest corner of hot 12, Block 35.-B, College Acres Extension Addition, as a point of beginning; THENCE North 0 degrees 12 minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 660 feet to a point which is the Southeast corner of the intersection of 12th Street and Blanchette -Street and is also the Northwest .corner of Lot 1, Block 35-.B, . College Acres Exten- sion Addition; . THENCE West 60 feet to a point; THENCE South 0 degrees 12 minutes 30 seconds'East along the West line of 12th Street a distance of 660 feet to a point which is the Northwest corner of the intersection of 12th Street and Corley Ave- nue and the Southeast corner of hot 5, Block 36-.E, College Acres Extension Addition; THENCE East 60 feet to the point of beginning, and being all of 12th'-Street..1ying between the North line of Corley Street and the South line of Blan- chette Street.
