bV) - 'I ORDINANCE NO. 1 y � ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 42 DF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF BEAI.UMONT, TEXAS, AND IN PAR- TICULAR, THE BOUNDAIRES OF THE ZONING DISTRICTS AS INDICATED UPON THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS, BY CHANGING THE CLASSIFICATION OF TWO (2) TRACTS OF LAND IN THE F. BIGNER SURVEY IN -THE -CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY,.TEXAS,.AS DESCRIBED HEREIN, -PRESENTLY ZONED "R-111 and "C,,.,111 TO "C-118; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND.PROVIDING A PENALTY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS: Section 1. That Chapter 42 of the Code of Ordinances of Beaumont, Texas, and in particular the boundaries of the zoning districts as indicated upon the Zoning Map of The City of Beaumont, re- ferred to in Section 42.-9 thereof, is hereby amended by changing the zoning classification of the following described tracts of land, presently zoned 11R-111, Single -Family Dwelling District, and "C-111, Neighborhood Commercial District, to "C-111, Neighborhood Commercial District, to wit: TRACT I: BEING do 0.566 acre tract of land out of the Raymond Crow 55 acre tract, F. Bigner Survey, Beaumont, Jefferson, County, Texas, described as follows, to wit: BEGINNING at a point where the West line of the Raymond Crow 55 acre tract intersects the southerly right of way line.of Freeway Highways Nos. 69 and 96, from which point the Northwest corner of said 55 acre tract bears N. 0° 421 30" W. 599.761 and from which point the intersection of the west line of Crow Road with the southerly line of said Freeway bears S. 49° 431 3011 E. 219.421 and S..600 55"E. 332.491 and which point is the Northwest corner of the tract of land herein described, an='iron pin for corner; THENCE S. 490 431 3041 E. 132.451 along a portion of the southerly right of way line of said Freeway.to the Northeast corner of the tract of land herein described, an iron pin for corner; THENCE S. 00 421 3011 E. 203.191 to the Southeast corner of the tract of land herein described, an iron pin for corner; THENCE S. 890 301 W. 100.001 to the Southwest corner of the tract of land herein described- which point is also in the west line of said Raymond Crow 55 acre tract, an iron pin for corner; THENCE N. 0° 421 30'r W. 289.701 along a portion of the west line of.said 55 acre tract to the PIAGE OF BEGINNING.
