BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS: Section 1. That Chapter 42 of the Code of Ordinances of Beaumont, Texas, and in particular the boundaries of the zoning districts as indicated::: upon the Zoning Map of The City of Beaumont, refer- red to in Section 42-9 thereof, is hereby amended by changing the zoning classification of the following described tract of land, presently zoned "R--141, Single --Family Dwelling District, and ."C. -11T, Neighborhood Commercial District, to t4C..lii, Neigh- borhood Commercial District, to wit: All that certain tract, piece or parcel of land lying and being situated in Jefferson County, Texas, and being out of the Absalem Williams Survey in said County, and also out of a part of Block Number Six(6) of the J.. B. Langham Estate Subdivision of the A. Williams League and being more particularly described as follows to wit: BEGINNING at the intersection of the center lines of Hoover Street and North Tenth Street;.
