THE CITY OF BEAUMONT TO 'EXECUTE AND DIELIVER A
GENERAL WARRANTY DEED TO VINCrENT J. OTSHELL CON-
VEYING THE WEST 14 FEET OF LOT 15, BLOCK 22,
JARRETTE ADDITION TO THE CITY .OF BEA.UMONT, JEF-
FERSON.COUNTY, TEXAS, AS DESCRIBED HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS-
That
EXAS:
That the Mayor -be and he is.hereby authorized to execute and de-
liver for and on behalf of The City of Beaumont a general war-
ranty deed conveying to Vincent J. O'Shell' the following described
tract of land, to wit:
Being the west fourteen (1¢) feet of Lot 15,
Block, 22, Jarrette Addition, City of Beaumont,
Jefferson Gounty, Texas, the west line of said
Lot 15 being the pres6nt east line of 17th
Street,and the east line of this fourteen (1¢)-
feet being the west right-of-way line of Inter-
state 10 -North. This lot is twenty --five '(25)
feet in -width;
and the City Clerk is hereby authorized to attest to said instru-
ment and to affix the seal of The City of Beaumont thereto.
