OF BEAUMONT) AND MORE PARTICULARLY KEITH PARK, AND PROVIDING
THE PENALTY FOR VIOLATING SAID ORDINANCE:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THT CITY COUliCIL OF THE CITY

That it shall be unlawful for any person or persons,
firm, partnership, corporation or corporations his, its or their
agents or employees under any style of name whatsoever to barter,
sell, expose or offer for sale any goo , ware, or merchandise
of any kind whatsoever in any publicpark h City of Beaumont,
and particularly in the Keith Park in said city, said Keith Park
being bounded by Pearl Street on the West, Main Street on the
East, Forsythe Street on the North and Wall Street on the South.
Sec. Two:
Any person or persons, firm, partnership, corpor-
ation or corporations- his, ibs--or their agents, or employees, under
any style of name,,whatsoever violating this ordinance s%all be
deemed guilty oflmisdemeanor and upon conviction in the Corporation
Coutt of the City of Beaumont shall be fined not less than one
or more than ten dollars, and each sale shall be deemed a separate
offense, and further, that if no sales are made, each day or part
of the day that any goods, wares or merchandise are exposed a&w,—
offerdd for sale shall constitute a.:separate offense.
This ordinance shall take effect from and after
its sage and publication.
