BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute an Earnest Money
Contract with Robert Wayne Phillips for the sale of property and improvements a/k/a
Fire Station No. 11 located at 2185 Sabine Pass Avenue; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to
execute all documents necessary for the sale of the property and improvements.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 12th day of
July, 2016.
