Inclusive Dates: 1923-1924, circa 1974
Donor: Mr. H. Lee
These scrapbooks were brought in by Mr. Lee of Beaumont. The
books were copied onto acid -free paper and the copies were mounted on
acid -free card stock. After copying, the books were returned to their
owner, Mrs. S.F. Eberhardt Lessen. The scrapbooks contain newspaper
clippings and photographs chronicling Dan Eberhardt's career as a
Beaumont Exporter's pitcher. The first scrapbook contains clippings
and pictures of the 1923-1924 Beaumont Exporter's baseball season.
The second book contains later clippings and pictures from an
Exporter's reunion circa 1974.
