BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney is hereby authorized to file and prosecute a lawsuit against Mr.
Joseph D. Butler to compel compliance with the City's Health and Safety Codes.
