Home My WebLink AboutRES 15-113RESOLUTION NO. 15-113 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT the City Manager, or his designee, be and he is hereby authorized to execute four (4) Memorandums of Understanding between the City of Beaumont and South East Texas Regional Planning Commission (SETRPC) to further public safety, enhance security and protect the South East Texas region from acts of terror and other disasters. The Memorandums of Understanding are substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibits "A," "B," "C," and "D" and made a part hereof for all purposes. The equipment is provided to the receiving party to further public safety, enhance security and protect the South East Texas region from acts of terror and other disasters. The MOU establishes the responsible party for the use, custody, control, maintenance, disposition and notification of disposition of equipment purchased with Department of Homeland Security THSSAA funds.
