Given an incident action plan for a hazardous materials/WMD incident, and within the
capabilities provided, the operations level responder assigned to perform product control shall
identify the location and describe the use of emergency remote shutoff devices on MC/DOT-
306/406, MC/DOT-307/407, and MC-331 cargo tanks containing flammable liquids or gases.

Given diagrams or images of MC-306/DOT-406, MC-307/DOT-407 and MC-331 cargo
tanks you shall identify the location and describe the use of the mechanical, hydraulic, and air
emergency remote shutoff devices on each of the cargo tanks. You will begin on my instruction
to start. The skill will end when you state to me that you have completed all of the identified
steps. Do you understand these instructions?
