You shall verbalize to me the necessary response information for the given scenario. The name of hazardous material or identification number will be listed in the current edition of the DOT North American Emergency Response Guidebook. You will begin on my instruction to start. The skill will lend when you state to me that you have completed all of the identified steps. You will have six minutes to complete this skill. Do you understand these instructions?
